It was after a morning of jamming that we decided as a group to head down to 100AM, Tanjong Pagar as it was new and air-conditioned given a hot day. It was deciding between a soup place and ramen. Ramen won the vote.
We tried Tori King which is located on the 3rd floor of 100AM. It is a tiny outlet that specializes in chicken broth and chicken thigh for its ramen, instead of the usual pork broth and pork base ramen. That itself makes me feel I am eating a healthier meal already. The soup base was nice and thick without being overly salty, and noodles were perfectly done, springy without being hard or soggy. Indeed a very hearty noodle meal that makes you want come back again. My friends tried the pepper base and chilli base soups which I did not fancy it much, and preferred the normal fare.

What's really cute is the supply of eggs on the table. Eat as much hard boil eggs for free! This is great for those in the gym who must load up on their eggs!
