BAM Tapas Sake Bar

It was a girls night out and tapas was a meal of choice. BAM Tapas Sake Bar located at Tras Street came highly recommended and I must say it was surely an unforgettable meal; probably the best tapas in Singapore at this point of time.

What I like about BAM is that their tapas is so light and refreshing as compared to the ones I had in Barcelona, it's definitely a meal that won't bust the waistline.

Every single dish I had was a winner. So intricately crafted to awaken our sensory taste buds. Given a very discerning group of foodie pals I had, getting their thumbs up was certainly exhilarating. The only downside is the limited tables where most would end up at the bar counter and the noise due to the tiny outfit.

Food was too good, each tapas dish you felt that was so lovingly crafted for you. My favourite dishes must be the prawns with quinoa and the pasta with truffle that was fried until it tasted just like you tiao. Perfection...
