One of my favourite food courts in Singapore is located at Marina Square level 3, called The Gallerie, for the simple reason that it probably is the only food court with the best view of Marina Bay, Singapore as well as a gorgeous skyline view of Singapore.
Imagine indulging in Asian cuisines for less than $10 and admiring the view of Marina Bay Sands, The Merlion, and the Central Business District skyline. Whereby just across the river, dining with such a view would set you back by a minimum of $50.
When not too hungry, I like to go for Rojak which consists of a mix cucumber, fried dough, white turnip, pineapple, green mango tossed generously with prawn paste and crushed peanut.
