One of the buffet places I love to go to is The Line. It's best to go on a lazy afternoon, especially during the work week. Have a seat near the window and you will face the lovely green foliage Shangri-La is famous for. I also love the place for its modern artsy decor, and well the variety of food is astounding. Taste wise - it's passable. Best to come only when there is a credit card promotion. My favourite must be the ice cream bar, you can get the chef to mix any snack with your ice cream. Lobsters - yummy! I think they only serve this at night though...The dessert bar - looks nice, but taste is just normal. The sinful chocolate cake is missing...And yes, the ice cream bar! My favourite - M&M, cookies, and whatever.... don't be afraid of the stern looking chef, whatever you ask her to put in your ice cream she will do so, even if it means every single candied item! She has to control our childlike behaviour of wanting every single candy! Whoever came up with this ice cream mixing thing is brilliant!
